Introducing The Raleigh, A Rosewood Hotel and Residences. Originally constructed in the 1940s by the renowned Miami architect L. Murray Dixon, The Raleigh is set to make a highly anticipated return through a meticulous revival and restoration.

 

Miami Beach icon, The Raleigh, is set to join Rosewood Hotels & Resorts' collection after a thoughtful revival led by SHVO, a renowned real estate developer. Acclaimed architect and designer Peter Marino will spearhead the restoration, honoring the Art Deco heritage of the vibrant neighborhood and the hotel's rich history.

 

Originally built in the 1940s by Miami architect Lawrence Murray Dixon, The Raleigh will expand by incorporating its historic neighbors, the Richmond and South Seas Hotels. Their charming Art Deco facades will be meticulously restored and integrated with the existing 60-room hotel. A contemporary new tower will rise next to The Raleigh, housing the Rosewood Residences Miami Beach – 44 private homes boasting unobstructed ocean views and prime beachfront access.

 

Working hand-in-hand with the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board, the revival will prioritize a detailed restoration, including Miami's iconic swimming pool, known for its curvy design and lush greenery. The Raleigh's legendary social spaces, the Martini Bar and Tiger Room, will be reborn with a nod to both Miami's historic Art Deco elegance and its modern spirit. The hotel will also introduce Asaya, Rosewood's innovative wellness concept.

 

The Raleigh is poised to become a Miami Beach landmark, fusing the iconic Raleigh Hotel and its legendary pool with a stunning new 17-story glass tower boasting 44 custom residences.

 

These private havens offer unparalleled amenities, including dedicated sunrise and sunset pools, a pampering spa and wellness center, and the indulgence of three Michelin-starred restaurants.
